Terms of Service

CULY("CULY", "we", "us") is a platform that lets you turn a prompt into a reusable AI tool — a "culy" — run it in the cloud, and optionally share it so others can run it too. Runs are executed by third‑party AI models (including OpenAI Codex and Anthropic Claude) on our infrastructure. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

You can sign in with Google, GitHub, an emailed one‑time code, a magic link, or an email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign‑in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use CULY. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

CULY runs on credits. You can buy one‑time credit packs or subscribe to a membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Each run is billed by its actual AI token usage, converted to credits and rounded up. A pre‑flight estimate may be shown, but the final charge reflects real usage. Credits are a prepaid licence to use the service, have no cash value, are not transferable, and — except where required by law — are non‑refundable once spent. Memberships renew automatically for the stated period until you cancel; you can cancel or manage billing at any time from the Credits page (Stripe billing portal). Prices and credit rates may change with notice; changes don't affect credits you've already purchased.

You keep ownership of the culies you build and the prompts, inputs, and files you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit to AI providers, and run Your Content solely to operate the service for you.

When you publish a culy as public or official, you allow other signed‑in users to view its listing and run it (subject to any unlock price you set). You are responsible for ensuring Your Content and any culy you publish is lawful and does not infringe others' rights. Private culies are visible only to you.

Outputs are generated by third‑party AI models and are provided "as is". They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for complying with the underlying AI providers' usage policies.

You agree not to use CULY to:

• break the law or infringe intellectual‑property, privacy, or other rights;
• generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates an AI provider's policies;
• overload, disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the engine or other users' data;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service, or bypass credit/billing controls.

We apply rate limits and per‑user run limits to keep the service reliable.

The CULYplatform, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't transfer any of our IP to you. Your Content remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion removes your account, culies, and remaining credits (which are non‑refundable). Certain records (e.g. payment history) may be retained where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CULY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from AI outputs, service interruptions, or your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept them. Questions? Contact us at support@culy.ai.
